Location: Napa, CA
Pay: Up to $70 per hour
Schedule: Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem

Responsibilities


* Provide occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing setting


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans


* Assist residents in regaining independence with daily living activities


* Document treatment and progress in accordance with state and federal regulations


* Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications


* Current California Occupational Therapist license


* Strong communication and clinical skills


* Team-oriented with a passion for patient-centered care


* Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
