Responsibilities


* Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders


* Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to resident needs


* Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and therapists to achieve the best outcomes


* Accurately document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations


* Educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and swallowing safety

Qualifications


* Current California Speech-Language Pathology license


* Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills


* Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
