Pay: Up to $70 per hour
Schedule: Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem

Napa Post Acute is seeking Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our rehab team.

Responsibilities


* Provide physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing setting


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans


* Document care and progress accurately and in compliance with standards


* Work closely with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members


* Help residents achieve mobility, strength, and independence goals

Qualifications


* Current California Physical Therapist license


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (new grads welcome)
