Pay: $45 to $50 per hour
Schedule: Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem

Responsibilities


* Provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist


* Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for residents


* Support patients with mobility, strength, and functional activities


* Document progress and maintain compliance with regulations


* Work closely with the rehab team to promote recovery and independence

Qualifications


* Current California PTA license


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Passion for patient-centered care


* Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred (new grads welcome)
