Service-Install Coordinator

The role is responsible for coordinating service calls, assigning technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up.

This role supports service operations and administrative tasks while maintaining accurate records and schedules.Qualifications


* Minimum 2 years of dispatch experience


* Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)


* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills


* Strong organizational and time management abilities


* Ability to manage multiple priorities

Education


* High School Diploma or equivalent required


* College degree preferred

* Maintain technician on-call schedules and follow up on service quotes.


* Communicate with customers to gather service details and ensure satisfaction.


* Promote service agreements and support sales coordination.


* Redirect non-dispatch calls appropriately.


* Submit accurate weekly timesheets, including prevailing wage tracking.


* Provide administrative support to the Manager.


* Assist with other service operations tasks as assigned.
