Successful candidates will have the following:


* Degree & licensure in associated field of practice


* Licensure in good standing in PA


* Prior use of Casamba is helpful


* Experience in a post-acute/ LTC facility is ideal

Your day to day:

You'll collaborate with physicians and families to create care plans for our residents and provide them with the recommended treatment.

You'll supervise the day to day activities of therapy assistants.

You'll work under supervision of our Director of Rehab to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
