Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor (working)

Key Responsibilities:


* Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor tech staff


* Perform hands-on cleaning, laundry, and floor care tasks


* Hire, train, schedule, and discipline employees


* Conduct room and facility inspections for cleanliness


* Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols


* Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed


* Interact professionally with residents, families, and staff


* Address concerns and ensure high-quality service

Qualifications:


* Experience in housekeeping/laundry (healthcare or nursing home preferred)


* At least 1 year of supervisory experience


* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds


* Strong communication and leadership skills


* Knowledge of floor care and infection control practices is a plus


* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
