Position Summary:
Perform a variety of grounds keeping, routine maintenance, preventative maintenance and housekeeping duties for all locations.

Assist Maintenance Mechanics on projects and other requests which would require assistance.

Remain On Call for emergencies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Ability to work independently on small scale work orders, inspections or requests. 


* Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment.


* Provide assistance as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:


* Grounds keeping


* General Maintenance and upkeep of entranceways, parking lots, wells, and the neighborhood surrounding the property, including, but not limited to: trash removal, sweeping, property repairs, landscaping, graffiti removal, snow removal, ice melt, and any other tasks which fall under these categories.

* Shredder Pick Ups

* Clean Interior of Facilities’ Vehicles

* Inspect and Test Eye Washes & Emergency Showers


* Inspect Hazardous Waste Areas

* Air Compressors (Inspect and Bleed)


* Change Filters


* Check Backflow Pressure Gauges


* Check Blood/Body Fluid Kits

* Check Pumps In Basements


* Check Revolving Doors


* Clean Bathroom Vents


* Clean Gutters & Clear Drains
