Summary

Performs routine clerical duties in a Distribution Center in accordance with standard administrative office procedures.

Responsibilities



* Miscellaneous copying, laminating and distributing.


* Sales Meeting Handouts as requested.


* Accounts Receivable/Credit Customer Accounts Receivable research.


* Assign access cards.


* Maintain/request maintenance of office equipment.


* Coordinate employee/facility events including catering and meeting room set up.



* Handle mail/shipping.


* Update phone directory.


* Manage flow of information throughout the day, faxes, coping, telephone, etc.


* Schedule conference rooms.


* Provide administrative support to Distribution Center Manager/Supervisors or Sales Managers/Supervisors as assigned.


* Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.


* Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.

* Prepare and process donations as requested.


* Prepare and process samplings as requested.


* Prepare and process employee sales monthly.


* Review and submit all vendor invoices for processing


* Request service from M&R vendors as needed


* Order supplies as needed


* Monitor utility payments


* Complete Building safety check monthly


* Assist Payroll DCA's wiht timekeeping when needed (backup)


* Assist with New Employee Orientation and On-Boarding.

(Backup)


* Assist RPA's with their tasks (driver paperwork/settlement/cashiering) when needed (backup)

Qualifications



* High School/GED or Diploma required.


* Some college preferred.


* 2-5 years' experience in automated office environment required.


* Basic computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint or related experience.


* Excellent phone etiquette.


* Knowledge of multi-line phone systems.


* Accurate data entry.


* Strong organizational skills.
