Job Definition:

We are seeking Sr Quality Program Manager who will be managing quality initiatives across Hybrid Cloud portfolio and thrives on a challenging and fast-paced environment.

The Sr Quality Program Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality programs and processes to ensure operational excellence and product/service quality.

This role requires proficiency in quality management systems, data analysis, continuous improvement methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Quality Program Manager works closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive quality initiatives and deliver exceptional results.

Work with engineering management to identify and improve process and program efficiencies.

Contributions have visible technical impact on a product or major subcomponent.

Applies in-depth professional knowledge and innovative ideas to solve complex problems.

Recognized internal authority on key technology area applying innovative principles and ideas.

Leads or participates in cross-functional initiatives and contributes to mentorship and knowledge sharing across the organization.
