UPHW Contract Administrator
This position requires the individual to analyze union contracts, input rules into the Employee Work Rules (EWR) system, test and analyze the rules exported to KERMIT, maintain existing rules, and communicate to the division that the process is complete and ready for their review and approval.
The position requires the individual to have the ability to research and work reports to meet the deadlines associated with the remittance of the contribution payments to various Union trust funds.

* Must be highly organized and detail oriented and able to function effectively in a multi-task environment.
* Physical ability to access all necessary files.
Desired
* Advanced computer skills.
Exposure to various software programs and mainframe a plus.
* Human Resource exposure preferred.
* Knowledge of union contracts and union pension, health and welfare preferred.
* Interpret contracts, agreements, plans, policies, and procedures for system input.
Consult with appropriate labor & HR representatives to ensure accurate interpretation and administration.
* Analyze and coordinate Trust Welfare & Pension payments
* Set up and maintain contract administration parameters for all collective bargaining agreements in the EWR repository.
* Conduct end-to-end testing of EWR contract and rule administration; determine and develop test scenarios.
* Work with inside and outside auditors.
* Process non-medical leave of absence using Division and General Office guidelines
