Supply Chain Specialist
What will you do?
* Lead 5S initiatives across work areas to improve organization, cleanliness, and efficiency.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to 5S standards.
* Train and coach teams on 5S principles and best practices.
* Develop clear, accurate, and user-friendly work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Ensure documentation reflects current best practices and process changes.
* Work with operators and supervisors to validate and update instructions as needed.
* Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and training sessions on continuous improvement tools.
* Support teams in adopting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Work with methods and maintenance engineer to ensure process and maintenance requirements are reflected in work

* Ability to work with all levels of the organization
* Ability to drive buy-in from stakeholders and process owners when prescribing a layout standard or work instruction
* Ability to evaluate time studies and work instruction formats
* Challenge the status quo on how a process is running and be willing to implement improvements
* Clear communication with stakeholders on the shop floor

* HS Diploma/GED Required
* Minimum 2 Year degree in technical field
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents and safety guidelines.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing preferred
* Experience with computers, MS Office
* Ability to prepare, read and interpret written reports, instructions, procedures and guidelines
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
* English language proficiency (reading, writing, oral) is required
