Position: Certified Nursing Assistant
Location: Magnolia Post Acute Care
* AM Shift 6:30am to 2:30pm
* PM Shift 2:30pm to 10:30pm
* NOC Shift 10:30pm to 6:30am
Job Type: Full-Time Positions Only | 4/2 Rotation Schedule
Starting Pay: $21 - $23 per hour
What we're looking for:
As a CNA your responsibility is to assist patients with their daily activities.
Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients.
Your role will be to maintain patients comfort and safety.
You'll also need to follow all departmental policies and procedures as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards.

* This individual will be providing primary care to specific residents under the medical direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing, with an emphasis on assessment, illness prevention and health care management.

Education/Requirements:
* Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a CNA in California.
* Current CPR certification
* Must pass pre-employment background check and physical
Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Assist in the implementation of patient care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
* Support patients with developmental disabilities and those requiring memory care, demonstrating compassion and understanding.
