* Utilize strategic, analytical, and data skills to address enterprise challenges and shape the future of Digital Data Analytics.


* Develop and implement scalable data frameworks that align with strategic priorities and business opportunities.


* Translate analytical and AI/ML ambitions into data usage needs and requirements for products, data, and technology at scale.


* Communicate complex data-driven insights to executive leadership, driving innovation and strategic decision-making for the digital platform.


* Build deep partnerships to develop analytics roadmaps in support of strategic priorities with cross-functional teams including Product, Strategy, Technology, Design, and Data Science.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* 7+ years of related experience (e.g., digital, customer, marketing, sales analytics).


* Bachelor's in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Data Science); advanced degree preferred.


* Proven thought leader in analytics, capable of framing business questions and executing analytical plans.


* Strong interpersonal skills to align diverse views and lead cross-functional teams.
