Senior Contract Manager

Work Schedule:

100% FTE.

Day Shift.

Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Senior Contract Manager to:


* Manage the sourcing and contracting initiatives for the UW Health system, including legal terms review and risk mitigation.


* Negotiate contracts for the purchases of goods and services for the system.


* Meet or exceed annual cost savings goals through benchmarking and negotiation.


* Take high visibility initiatives to completion by using expertise, data, and cross functional team input.

Qualifications



* Bachelor's Degree business, supply chain or related field.

Required or


* Four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to the experience below.

* Master's Degree Preferred

Work Experience



* 5 years progressive experience in contract management of product and/or services portfolio, market analysis, contract analysis, contract negotiation and financial analysis.

Required


* 2 years experience with sophisticated materials management information systems software and/or enterprise resource platform (ERP), preferably Oracle Cloud Required


* 2 years of experience and a proven track record in strategic contract management and expense reduction Required


* Procurement experience in healthcare environment Preferred
