Director - Treasury

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

No weekends or holidays.

Applicants hired into this position can work hybrid from WI or IL.

We are seeking a Director Treasury to:


* Manage and track a 1.9 Billion dollar investment portfolio.


* Lead our regular bond reporting and financing activities.


* Actively manage cash balances.


* Collaborate on philanthropy efforts with our development team and the UW Foundation.


* Work closely with our financial teams on month-end reporting and needed journal entries.


* Partner with our banking and investment partners.

Qualifications



* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject area such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration Required


* Master's Degree in a relevant subject area such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration Preferred

Work Experience



* 5 years relevant experience in the management of accounting or Treasury Required


* Experience in a large academic or complex health program that included Accounting or Treasury services Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Preferred
