A Brief Overview
The Process Specialist assists with technical support for production lines, training for Line Technicians and
Operators, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
This role ensures the optimization of production
processes while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards in a fast-paced manufacturing
environment.
What you will do
· Serves as the point person for technical support on designated production lines.
· Creates and delivers training programs for Operators and Line Technicians across all shifts.
· Attends daily production meetings and follows up on equipment and training issues.
· Implements and maintains centerline data and equipment setup sheets for designated areas.
· Leads continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production rates and quality while reducing costs.
· Maintains 5S standards and ensures T-60 documentation is current and actively used.
· Develops best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to optimize manufacturing processes.
· Assists with troubleshooting and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
· Some duties may vary slightly by location.
Education Qualifications
· High School with relevant technical experience (Required) or
· Associate's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Preferred)
Experience Qualifications
· 1-3 years in process improvement or technical support in manufacturing.
(Required)
· 1-3 years with 5S, Lean, Kaizen events, or Six Sigma methodologies.

· 1-3 years running and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
