Position Summary:

The Senior Director, Quality Digital is responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive strategy that leverages digital transformation and advanced analytics to enhance quality management and compliance across the Innovative Medicine sector.

This position will oversee the establishment of digital capabilities, promote data-driven decision-making, and ensure the integration of analytics into quality processes.

The position will lead a global team dedicated to improving quality operations through innovative digital technologies while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Minimum Education: BS degree required.

Masters or advanced degree in a scientific field (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering) desirable.

Required Years of Related Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in Data, Analytics & Intelligent Automation for global processes and platforms in a regulated environment

* Establish a holistic digital and quality analytics strategy that aligns with enterprise quality and the end-to-end Innovative Medicine quality segment business objectives and priorities from relevant business and quality functions.


* Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder needs and the quality landscape to define the voice of the user, incorporating these insights into strategy development.


* Oversee the development of risk evaluation AI tools and reports for senior management, including the Executive Committee.


* Lead the implementation and maintenance of quality analytics tools to assess and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS).
