Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Commercial Excellence, Strategic Insights & Analytics to join our South East Asia (SEA) MedTech team located in Singapore.  

Position Overview: 

Reporting into the SEA Head of Commercial Excellence, SI&A, the role will work across commercial & functional teams to define strategies, align on key priorities and be responsible for developing a sales force effectiveness strategy which will shape decisions and drive organizational operating performance to enhance company competitiveness and growth.

The successful applicant will be expected to shape strategic decisions based on insights through forecasting and supporting primary and secondary market research across SEA markets in support of the MedTech business.

The position will require a high degree of business acumen and understanding, ability to collaborate across functions / geographies and strong people management and influencing skills.

Key responsibilities


* Develop and implement the overall commercial excellence strategy for SEA & Singapore MedTech, aligning it with the company's business objectives and growth targets.


* Apply data-driven insights and analytics to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and operational efficiencies for the SEA cluster & Singapore market.


* Lead the development and implementation of corporate strategy initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate commercial planning, market analysis, and business development efforts for the region.


* Elevate nights and analytics capabilities for the cluster, generating actionable insights for senior management.


* Drive commercial effectiveness through the development of sales planning, forecasting, and market segmentation strategies and lead governance on pricing & contract management for SEA & Singapore


* Effectively lead the Singapore Commercial Excellence team to enhance their skills and competencies.


* Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry insights to identify business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
