The Opportunity

Our Joints Team in Waikato has a permanent full-time opportunity available for a Clinical Specialist.

Supporting two Product Specialists, you are primarily responsible for providing technical support in an operating theatre environment to our hospital-based customers across our Hip and Knee product portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:


* Attending surgical procedures and providing expert technical support to Orthopaedic Surgeons and Nursing staff in the correct and safe use of products


* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing in-service training to Registrars, Nursing staff etc.


* Optimising opportunities by passing on leads to the Sales Team and providing product demo as required


* Maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing training and driving clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience

This is a fantastic opportunity for Orthopaedic Scrub/Scout Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists or Chiropractors looking to transition into medical devices as this role has a pathway to progress into sales as a Product Specialist.
