We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Scientist, Bioconjugates role to be in Spring House, PA.

Purpose:

The Bioconjugates group within Global Discovery Chemistry is a part of Therapeutics Discovery at J&J IM and is engaged in developing novel therapeutics across bioconjugate modalities including Antibody-drug Conjugates (ADCs), Radioligand Therapies (RLTs), and siRNA conjugates.

We are looking for a talented, highly motivated, and technically proficient Antibody Conjugate scientist to become part of our team.

The successful candidate will have a background in bioconjugate chemistry, antibody discovery, protein chemistry, or a related field with a record of developing new technologies and achieving research goals on aggressive timelines through effective cross-functional collaboration.

They should have experience in discovery or development of targeted therapeutics such as ADCs, peptide/small molecule conjugates, or nucleic acid conjugates (siRNA, antisense, etc.) as well as analytical characterization of these products.

You will be responsible for:


* designing and executing new project ideas (design and execution of studies, analysis of data, presentation of results) to support multiple research programs and provide critical data to inform decisions in a cross-functional team.


* collaborating with the therapeutic areas and other groups to define strategies and deliver stage-appropriate molecules for preclinical studies.


* keeping abreast of new technologies/capabilities relevant to this role and strive to implement them to advance research projects.


* authoring data summaries, technical reports, publications, and presentations.
