Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities


* Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide optimal care and advice.


* Observe and interpret patient symptoms and effectively communicate them to physicians.


* Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.


* Perform routine procedures such as taking blood pressure measurements and administering injections.


* Maintain accurate patient charts and records.
