We are looking for a driven Sales Manager with a hunter mentality to lead sales growth, strengthen market presence, and build deep partnerships with contractors, distributors, and influencers in the metal building products industry.

Role Overview

As Sales Manager at Epic Steel, you will be the face of our brand in Western Montana.

This role is about creating new opportunities, winning business, and positioning Epic Steel as the supplier of choice for contractors, builders, architects, and distributors.

Success requires a relentless drive to grow market share, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and lead with integrity.

Expectations for Success


* Drive Growth: Consistently identify, pursue, and convert new commercial and residential opportunities in metal roofing and siding.


* Territory Ownership: Proactively manage and expand the Western Montana territory with consistent face-to-face customer engagement, follow-ups, and new account development.


* Relationship Builder: Strengthen partnerships with top contractors, distributors, and specification influencers to ensure Epic Steel products are positioned in bids and projects.


* Customer-Centric: Provide best-in-class service, technical knowledge, and responsive communication to differentiate Epic Steel in a competitive market.


* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal operations, estimating, and leadership to ensure seamless project execution and maximum customer satisfaction.


* Excellence & Accountability: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and results-driven performance.

What We're Looking For


* Proven track record in outside sales within building products, roofing, siding, or related construction industries.


* Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.


* Relationship-driven with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.


* Ability to manage a territory, prioritize opportunities, and close deals with speed and confidence.


* Self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment with high expectations.


* Familiarity with metal roofing and siding products strongly preferred.
