Operations Manager

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Operations Manager to support our Total Booth Management (TBM) program at an automotive paint facility in Arlington, TX.

This role is key to supporting the Account Manager and ensuring smooth execution of scheduled work, adherence to safety standards, team coordination, and implementation of continuous improvement.

This is a 24/7/365 shop, shifts can include, days, nights, weekends and holidays.
