Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

What You'll Do


* Evaluate new patients within 24 hours (or 1 business day) of physician referral.


* Develop and implement effective treatment plans with physician approval.


* Provide hands-on therapy following the treatment plan.


* Supervise Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants and clinical fellows.


* Participate in care conferences, utilization reviews, and team meetings.


* Educate families and caregivers to support patients after discharge.


* Maintain accurate documentation in line with state, facility, and payer requirements.


* Lead and participate in in-service training for staff.

What We're Looking For


* Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.


* Current state license (or eligibility to obtain one).


* Strong communication and collaboration skills.


* Computer proficiency (Casamba, PointClickCare, or similar).


* A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for patient-centered care.

Physical & Work Environment

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and hands-on interaction with patients.

You'll be in a supportive clinical setting with a low-to-moderate noise level, working closely with a dedicated healthcare team.
