Role Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Administrator to join our team.

In this role, the candidate will provide general IT support in a global environment with a focus on supporting SharePoint and Azure environments.

The IT Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining systems, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.

Responsibilities:

SharePoint and Azure Support:


* Manage and maintain SharePoint/Azure sites and environments.


* Configure and customize SharePoint solutions to meet business needs.


* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint/Azure related issues.


* Implement and manage SharePoint/Azure security protocols and permissions.


* Implement and manage Azure security protocols and compliance requirements including cost -efficiency

End User Support for Lenovo Laptops:


* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Lenovo laptops.


* Set up and configure Lenovo laptops for new hires, transfers, and replacements.


* Install and update software applications and drivers on Lenovo laptops.


* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues specific to Lenovo laptops.


* Ensure Lenovo laptops are secure and compliant with company policies.


* Install and update software applications and drivers.


* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.


* Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.


* Document processes and maintain inventory of IT assets.


* Provide technical support and guidance to users.

Qualifications:


* Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Azure environments.


* Experience with installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems.


* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


* Knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements.



* Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Office 365, Teams, and OneDrive.


* Familiarity with scripting and automation tools.


* Experience with network and server management.
