Lien Perfection Specialist - West

We are seeking a Lien Perfection Specialist - West for the Western Region
Repo/Remarketing Department.

As Lien Perfection Specialist you'll support the Member Solutions & Loss Mitigation Manager by handling technical inquiries from loan processors, escrow companies, and titling agencies.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with data entry, REO file setup, property inspections and appraisals, tax verification, accounts payable processing, and re-titling REO inventory prior to liquidation.

Highlights:


* Process and submit all title applications


* Ensure adherence to all policy and regulatory requirements relative to lien perfection


* Assist in resolving audit issues that pertain directly to lien perfection in a timely and
courteous manner


* Maintain and update loan application records in the origination system

Experience:

    Required


* 2 to 3 years of experience within the consumer finance industry, preferably with manufactured
homes

    Preferred


* Asset disposal experience

Education:

    Required


* High school degree or equivalent

    Preferred


* College degree or course work in the business field

Skills & Knowledge:

    Required


* Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.


* Ability to take tasks from different sources and prioritize appropriately.


* Strong written and verbal communication skills.


* Strong sales oriented negotiating and decision-making skills.


* Computer skills to include standard Microsoft Office applications 

    Preferred


* Prior working knowledge of Access

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
