FT Receptionist 30hrs/wk.

Responsibilities:


* Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a friendly, professional manner


* Answer and direct incoming phone calls


* Manage front desk operations and visitor sign-ins


* Provide information and assistance to residents, families, and guests


* Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry


* Support administrative staff with daily office tasks

Qualifications:


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


* Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor


* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment


* Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)


* Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)


* Additional duties as assigned
