Health/Fitness Instructor - Aquatics

Work Schedule :

Per diem.

Flexible schedule Monday through Saturday based on classes and availability.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay :

+ Weekend differential

Lead safe and engaging fitness classes and help motivate participants to have fun while exercising!

We are seeking a Health/Fitness Instructor - Aquatics to:


* Lead classes with appropriate variety and progression.


* Motivate participants and strive for participation adherence.


* Observe, practice, research or study as necessary to acquire skills/knowledge for each class.

Education :

High School or Equivalent Required

B.S.

degree in exercise science or related field Preferred

Work Experience :

Experience as a personal trainer or teaching group exercises classes Required

1 year teaching group exercise classes Preferred

Licenses and Certifications :

Current CPR/AED Required
Certification as an instructor in specialty area Preferred
