Solution Sales (Industry Automation) - Nagoya -

What will you do?


* As a key member of our Industrial Automation team, you will strategically engage with target customers-primarily in the automotive industry across the Chubu region-to identify their needs and propose optimal solutions using Schneider Electric's portfolio of industrial automation products.


* Your responsibilities will include:
+ Developing Key Account Plans tailored to specific industries and end-users.
+ Conducting customer needs analysis and clarifying business challenges.
+ Proposing solutions from our industrial automation portfolio, including PLCs, HMIs, servos, and inverters.
+ Preparing quotations and leading pricing negotiations.
+ Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to become a trusted long-term business partner.
+ Collaborating with internal teams to support customer proposals and drive success.
+ Planning and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
+ Monitoring competitor activities and conducting market analysis.

* A bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in engineering or a related technical field).


* Knowledge or strong interest in industrial automation products.


* Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, inverters, and related technologies.

* Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships.


* Practical experience in relevant industries.


* Intermediate-level English proficiency.


* Understanding of industrial software and networking technologies.
