We are searching for the best talent for a Lead Specialist, Commercial Education – Trauma & Extremities to join our MedTech Orthopaedics team located in West Chester, PA.

Purpose:

As Lead Specialist, Commercial Education, Trauma & Extremities you will be responsible for the design, development and execution of training for the sales organization aligned to the global learning strategy and in support of business needs.

You will work with Global Education, Regional Marketing, Global Strategic Marketing, Sales Leadership, Healthcare Compliance and other functional partners to support the design and delivery of educational programs to elevate the competency of the sales organization aligned with the company policies and strategies.

Your key focus will be the development of training content that can be leveraged around the globe to educate our field sales organization on our product portfolio.

 

You will be responsible for:

·       Collaborate with Global Education Solutions, Regional Marketing, Global Strategic Marketing, and other functional leaders to develop and implement educational content / programs in support of DePuy Synthes Trauma business objectives.

·       Understand and apply adult learning principals in all learning content / programs.
