The Business Excellence Specialist is responsible for ensuring the implementation of the Johnson & Johnson Production System (JJPS) which will deliver Best in Class performance through a highly engaged workforce.

The Specialist will play a leading role in fostering a continuous improvement culture and achieving sustainable high standards of manufacturing performance.

They will also support the execution of the Digital Strategy Roadmap for the site and partner with the Digital Operations & Technical Services (DOTS) organization as the support organization for the portfolio of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead the embedding and sustaining of the “Managing Site Performance” business process standard on site.


* Own and lead the site Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) system, and embed and improve its use within the site.


* Lead JJPS Tactical Implementation Plans (TIPs) and coach Initiative Leads on JJPS methodology.


* Mentor on how to engage people through kaizen teams, improvement ideas generation, Business Excellence (BE) certifications, and other activities.


* Develop and deploy plant-wide lean training modules.


* Develop and drive the Yellow Belt program on site.
