Senior Manager Strategic Support - MedTech EMEA

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our MedTech EMEA team as Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations.

This high-impact, individual contributor role partners directly with the EMEA Strategy Director (Chief of Staff) to support the Company Group Chairman (CGC) and the Regional Leadership Team (RLT) in executing strategic initiatives and driving business operations across the region.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of the MedTech EMEA organization, shaping and delivering cross-functional transformation projects, anchoring strategic capabilities, and evolving performance management frameworks.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and brings a strong mix of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and collaborative execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Initiative Leadership:


* Shape and lead high-priority initiatives in collaboration with the EMEA Strategy Director and senior leaders


* Manage cross-functional projects in partnership with BU, Country, Finance, and Supply Chain leaders to address critical business challenges.


* Drive initiatives to enhance business operations effectiveness and efficiency.

Business Operations Support


* Lead and orchestrate key regional processes such as business performance reviews, CGC engagement planning, and leadership agenda setting.


* Ensure timely execution of strategic deliverables and alignment with organizational priorities.

Strategic Analysis & Decision Support


* Conduct complex quantitative and qualitative market, competitor, and internal business analyses to support priority setting and decision making.
