We are searching for the best talent to join our Vision team as a VP Vision Deliver

located in Jacksonville, FL.

Purpose:

You will report directly to the VP Supply Chain Vision and must be based in or willing to relocate to Jacksonville, Florida.

You will be responsible for:



* Lead the Deliver function for the Vision Business Unit by leveraging deep functional expertise to create and implement a comprehensive Deliver strategy and operational framework for both the Surgical Vision and Contact Lens platforms.


* Drive end-to-end platform initiatives within Deliver Vision across all regions to maximize effectiveness and impact.


* Develop and implement strategies and road maps for regional and global Customer Service teams, ensuring commitment to Customer Excellence.


* Establish and lead the Vision Deliver warehouse, distribution and transportation strategy, prioritizing optimization efforts, setting service level agreements (SLAs), and managing day-to-day transactional activities to ensure a reliable supply chain.


* Lead capacity building initiatives for Deliver Operations processes to enhance integration with Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Long Range Financial Planning (LRFP), and Short-Term Exceptions Management/Issue Management processes.
