We are searching for the best talent to join our team as an EP Sr Dir Plant Manager located in Grecia, Costa Rica.

Purpose:

You will report directly to the VP Supply Chain Operations, EP and must be based in or willing to relocate to Grecia, Costa Rica.

As EP Sr Dir Plant Manager, you will be responsible for managing a manufacturing network, maximizing quality, service, talent development and safety, occupational health, and environmental compliance.

In addition, you will be accountable to align all operations departments to achieve business goals.

* Develop plant business plan and ensure targets are met.

* Ensure manufacturing and distribution of quality products.


* Provide development opportunities for plant staff.


* Ensure effective cost management of all plant operations.


* Ensure desired customer service levels are met and maintained.
