Maintenance Director - Tiburon Hills Care Center
Tiburon, CA | $35-$40/hr (DOE)

Tiburon Hills Care Center is seeking a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our facility.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Pay & Schedule


* $35-$40/hr (depending on experience)


* Full-time position with consistent hours

Responsibilities


* Supervise and perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance throughout the facility


* Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local safety codes and regulations


* Oversee vendors and contractors for repairs, inspections, and projects


* Manage the maintenance team, schedules, and work orders efficiently


* Maintain facility equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and grounds


* Support disaster preparedness and ensure safety protocols are up to date

Qualifications


* Previous experience in maintenance leadership (healthcare or SNF environment preferred)


* Strong working knowledge of building systems, equipment, and safety codes


* Ability to lead a team and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously


* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills


* Physical ability to perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed
