What You'll Do:


* Keep our pools safe by enforcing rules and being rescue-ready.


* Monitor swim areas and support members with a positive, welcoming attitude.


* Provide engaging, high-quality swim lessons using the YUSA swim curriculum.


* Participate in paid training, shadowing, and ongoing development to succeed.

Qualifications



* A minimum age of 16 years


* Current certifications in:
+ Lifeguarding
+ CPR/AED
+ First Aid
+ Oxygen Administration


* OR a willingness to obtain certifications before starting (training opportunities may be available for the right candidate!)


* A calm, confident presence with strong attention to safety and detail


* ️ Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team


* Seeking availability for both weekday and weekend shifts.
