Product Growth Manager III – Smart Precast Infrastructure

Foster is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, growth, and commercialization of a high-impact portfolio in the precast building space.

This role plays a key part in shaping the next generation of modular infrastructure—where durable structural systems meet emerging technologies that enhance value, efficiency, and performance.  This is a growth-stage opportunity to help modernize and expand an infrastructure product line into a next-generation modular solution portfolio with increasing integration of digital and connected technologies.

You’ll own the product roadmap, collaborating with commercial managers, operational GMs, enterprise platform teams, and other product leaders to bring differentiated solutions to market.

While connected technologies like IoT and automation are a growing part of the vision, this role also spans the development of complementary components and systems that evolve how precast structures are designed, delivered, and experienced.

Responsibilities (Essential Functions): 

1.

Define and maintain a strategic product roadmap grounded in Voice of Customer (VOC), market trends, and commercial insights to drive organic growth.
2.

Develop customer-centric value propositions and business cases that support product development, pricing strategy, and investment prioritization.
3.

Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle—including concept development, business case approval, development, launch, and post-launch optimization—using stage-gate and Agile methodologies.
4.

Collaborate with software, IoT, and platform teams to develop integrated solutions that combine physical products with connected technologies and data-driven services.
5.

Identify and evaluate opportunities to monetize digital features, services, and insights within the broader product and ecosystem strategy.
6.

Conduct ongoing market, competitive, and pricing analysis to inform positioning, roadmap decisions, and strategic response.
7.

Own product-line financial performance, including revenue, margin, and ROI accountability; provide regular updates and insights for portfolio reviews.
8.

Define product requirements in collaboration with engineering and ensure solutions meet customer needs, technical feasibility, and quality standards.
9.

Partner with sales and marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including launch planning, positioning, messaging, and enablement materials.
10.

Support sales effectiveness through training, collateral development, and targeted campaigns aligned to product and market strategy.
11.

Represent the product line internally and externally - engaging customers, field teams, and leadership to champion the vision and drive alignment.
