Roseville Care Center is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our amazing team for the AM Shift.

If you're a skilled nurse with PCC (PointClickCare) experience who enjoys working in a positive and team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:


* Provide high-quality care and support to residents


* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders


* Accurately document in PCC to ensure smooth communication and care coordination


* Work collaboratively with nurses, CNAs, therapists, and other staff to provide the best outcomes for residents


* Bring compassion, patience, and positivity to every shift

What We're Looking For:


* Active California LVN license


* PCC experience required


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Dedication to resident-centered care
