? What You'll Do

As our Occupational Therapist, you'll:


* Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans


* Help residents improve their ability to perform daily living tasks


* Collaborate with a team of therapists, nurses, and physicians


* Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment


* Bring creativity, compassion, and energy to every session

* A licensed Occupational Therapist in California

* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is a plus!
