Executive Meeting Manager

Key Responsibilities:



* Solicit, negotiate, and confirm group business with 20-60 peak room nights through direct sales efforts, referrals, and brand/third-party leads.


* Respond to inquiries and prepare customized proposals, contracts, and event orders.


* Conduct site inspections, sales calls, and virtual tours for prospective clients.


* Work closely with operational departments (e.g., Banquets, AV, Housekeeping, Front Office) to communicate event needs and ensure flawless service.


* Manage all aspects of event logistics from pre-planning through post-event follow-up.


* Upsell hotel services and amenities to maximize revenue (e.g., F&B, upgrades, AV).


* Maintain accurate records in CRM/Sales systems (e.g., Delphi.fdc, PEP).


* Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals.


* Participate in weekly sales meetings, Banquet event order meetings and staff meetings


* Maintain strong client relationships and actively pursue repeat and referral business.


* Stay current on competitor offerings and local market trends.

Qualifications:



* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.


* 1 years of experience in hotel sales or catering, preferably in an Executive Meeting Manager or Sales Manager role.


* Proven track record of closing business and managing event details.


* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM systems (e.g., Delphi, Salesforce).


* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
