? What You'll Be Doing:


* Provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents in accordance with care plans.


* Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion.


* Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes.


* Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with families and staff.


* Be a steady, supportive presence for residents—because your care matters.

? What We're Looking For:


* Current LVN license in the State of California.


* Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred, but not required.


* Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
