What You'll Do:


* Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an OT


* Help residents improve strength, coordination, and daily living skills


* Document progress and communicate with the interdisciplinary care team


* Contribute to a positive, motivating therapy environment

What We're Looking For:


* Active California COTA license


* Strong communication and teamwork skills
