Job Responsibilities


* Review current Supervisory policies, procedures, and governance across USPB and JPMWM for consistency.


* Review existing Supervisory monitoring tools (e.g., alerts, dashboards, etc.) to ensure appropriate risks are being identified, escalated, and remediated appropriately.


* Assist in the production of metrics/reporting to be presented to senior leadership and appropriate governance forums (e.g., Risk Committees).


* Effectively collaborate with cross-LOB control partners (e.g., compliance, controls management) to ensure oversight is not duplicative of existing reviews.


* Provide support to Team Lead on adhoc Risk Assessments.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Bachelor's degree


* Minimum 3 years of professional experience related to financial services, supervision, risk management, compliance and/or control management.


* Strong analytical skills and ability to assess risk management practices.


* Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines


* Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships


* Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly


* High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure


* Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
