Koch-Glitsch, a Koch Engineered Solutions Company, is looking for a Commercial Strategy Leader, to accelerate and grow our North American commercial strategies and capabilities.

This role will be based at our Wichita, Kansas location.

This high-visibility leadership role will require a candidate with a strong customer focus, excellent economic thinking and communication skills, and demonstrated performance in a business leadership role, developing team capability and growing profitable business.

What You Will Do



* Be the strategic leader of the commercial strategies to support revenue and market share growth.


* Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive landscape, and internal data to inform strategic decisions.



* Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Ownership, and Finance to design and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies and pricing models.


* Identify and prioritize new market opportunities, customer segments, and growth levers.


* Build strategic business cases for expansion, investments, partnerships, or acquisitions.


* Drive alignment between commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Ownership) through strategy planning and performance tracking.


* Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to monitor commercial performance.


* Support annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting related to commercial initiatives.


* Lead or support cross-functional strategic projects with executive visibility.


* Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements (Basic Qualifications):


* Proven leadership experience inclusive of successful change-management, talent development and accountability.


* Demonstrated ability to develop a point of view regarding business growth and go-to-market (GTM) strategies that influence/engage cross functional teams to execute the strategy and deliver results.


* Demonstrated capability to construct mutually beneficial relationships - assessment of customer needs, intelligence gathering, and strong economic thinking.


* Knowledgeable in evaluating the performance of commercial activities through data analysis.


* Willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time.


* Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
