Job Summary:
As a Loan Servicing Specialist IV in the Centralized Money Movement Team, you will process high complexity loan transactions, ensuring system integrity and supporting various market segments.
Job Responsibilities:
* Create PDF batch work for quality control and document repositories.
* Enter customer and loan details into the loan system.
* Process wires, draws, payments, and maintenance transactions.
* Identify and correct inaccurate or incomplete transaction information.
* Minimize credit and business risk through compliance awareness.
* Participate in projects and working groups as required.
* Review and complete escalated requests.
* Exercise judgment, discretion, and prioritization.
* Understand and follow bank policy and established procedures.
* Provide exceptional customer service, focusing on high volume or unique activities.
* Maintain prompt communication with business partners on request status.
Meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
* Successful completion of all periodic High Value Business Entitlements (HBVE) background checks.
* 4 years of prior loan operations and/or quality control experience in banking or financial services.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to adapt to internal tracking and monitoring systems.
* Knowledge of ACBS and/or Loan IQ.
* Understanding of US Dollar and Foreign Currency Loans.
* Working knowledge of legal/credit documents.
Ability to interpret standard reports and forms.
* Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize workloads.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy with completed work.
* Ability to maintain high performance levels in stressful situations.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred.
