Your Responsibilities:


* Leading the Health Safety & Environmental department


* Planning of HSE related activities to ensure safety and sustainability regarding people, plant and processes


* Provision of project consultancy and safety risk assessments, providing training


* Performing of related financial planning and budgeting


* Operate the HSE management system, including meetings, inspections, resources, analysis of problems/deviations and corrective actions etc., collection and provision of know-how and expertise

What You Need to Succeed:


* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field


* Min.

5 -7 years of working experience within the HSE area


* Occupational safety specialist experience


* Experience with Immission Control Act


* Experience in provision of project consultancy and safety risk assessments


* Experience in operating the HSE management system, including meetings, inspections, resources, analysis of problems/deviations and corrective actions etc.


* Experienced in providing trainings


* Being open-minded and challenging the status quo


* Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
