Key Responsibilities:


* Support the DON in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing department.


* Ensure quality resident care and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.


* Assist with staff recruitment, training, and performance management.


* Monitor clinical systems and quality improvement programs.


* Lead by example, fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications:


* Current RN license in CA.


* Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in a SNF/LTC setting.


* Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.


* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
