Your Impact:
As a Physical Therapist at Napa Valley Care Center, you will:


* Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to achieve the best possible outcomes


* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and techniques

Qualifications:


* Current California PT license in good standing


* Experience in post-acute/skilled nursing setting preferred, but new grads welcome


* Strong communication and team collaboration skills


* Compassion and dedication to enhancing residents' quality of life
