About the Role:
Sundance Creek Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on a per diem basis.

This part-time role is ideal for LVNs who are passionate about patient-centered care and looking for flexible scheduling in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:


* Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of RNs and physicians.


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.


* Monitor patient health and report changes to the care team.


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.

Qualifications:


* Current California LVN license.


* CPR certification.


* Prior experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred.


* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
